Durga Puja
An emotion, a testament to the vibrant spirit of Bengal, radiating positivity and spreading the message of love and harmony, Krishti has been hosting Durga Puja year on year since 2005.
Known to many within Mumbai as one of the top 5 celebrations of Durgapuja in the city, our Durga Pujo has an average footfall of over 50,000 people, creating connections among various communities.
Kali Puja
Kali Puja is significant festival for Bengalis and is also known as Shyama Puja.
Dedicated to Goddess Kali, the fierce and powerful form of the Divine Mother, it is a time of joy, fervor, and spiritual connection with the divine feminine energy.
During Kali Puja, elaborate rituals, devotional songs, and mesmerizing dance performances are performed to honor the goddess and seek her blessings for protection and liberation from evil forces. Krishti has hosted Kali Puja every year since 1995.
Saraswati Puja
The celestial muse of humanity, Goddess Saraswati is the incarnation of knowledge, arts, and music. To most Bengalis, Saraswati Pujo is synonymous with joyful celebrations of spring also known as Basant Panchami.
We offer our prayers to the serene Goddess and seek her blessings for wisdom and knowledge. For many children it is an auspicious start of their education through ‘Hate khori’ ceremony when a child starts reading and writing. Krishti has been organising Saraswati Pujo since 1997.
Lakshmi Puja
Goddess Lakshmi is the ethereal embodiment of wealth, prosperity, and fortune. Her gentle touch bestows blessings of abundance upon those who seek her divine favor and she showers blessings upon the faithful.
At Krishti, we have been relentlessly organising the Kojagiri Lakshmi Pujo, an auspicious occasion for many.
Poila Boishakh
Poila Boishakh heralds the first day of the Bengali calendar and is celebrated by Bengalis with zest and fervor. Krishti’s celebration of this auspicious occasion marks a time of renewal and rejuvenation. In this tapestry of celebration, our hearts beat to the rhythm of cultural heritage, and we all converge to embrace the promise of a prosperous year ahead.
Environment Day
Environment Day is a cherished day for all Krishtians when we all unite for the greater good – to protect the very fabric of our existence through various environment friendly initiatives.
As we gather under the banner of environmental consciousness, we unleash the power of our actions and inspire. We endeavour to build a sustainable future for our next generations by conscious actions to embrace green practices, and to forge a path towards a more harmonious future.
